I got to learn so much. April’s meeting was incredible, with guest speaker Zaineb Nizami on emotional and social rejection. I am in my late 60’s and wish we had such leaders when I was in my teen and growing age.
Very engaging and informative workshop. The guest speaker, Zainab Nizami, did a great job giving practical tools to cope with emotional rejection. Thank you for putting this together!
Very informative and practical workshop. I was able to learn alot from the speaker and from participants sharing their own experiences too. Overall a great and relatable mental health topic.
I found this platform a great opportunity through which one can know the power of women and to enhance women ability so that they can be crucial part of society and family so thumbs up to sheetal for this great cause initiative that she taken. 👍
